• The cost is not fixed and there may be escalation in cost in future.
• Registration charges (including stamp duty) and other expenses shall be borne by plot Purchaser.
• Development charges extra.
• Service charges are to be paid by the purchaser if applicable.
• The purchaser shall be bound to pay the considerable amount strictly within the stipulated time.
• Period of payment shall be essence of contract. The purchaser shall not have any objection to whatever changes in the layout plan suggested by the town planning authority.
• The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice in event of breach/ non compliance of any of the terms
